Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
They clearly make a concerted effort to promote diversity, I'm sure they could do more. We have very few indigenous Australians for example

Nous has gender equality at all levels across the business. We are an inclusive organisation, and welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Nous is also supportive of young parents and allows career / travel breaks. We have also recently set up a LGBTIQ at Nous group.

Nous is hugely committed to the concept of Diversity. In reality, they are not quite as good but the commitment is really, truly there and improvements are being made all the time. It is very openly discussed at Nous and there will always be appetite for improvement.

We work with different employment providers to attract Aboriginal and disabled applicants.
