Diversity at Nous Group

They clearly make a concerted effort to promote diversity, I'm sure they could do more. We have very few indigenous Australians for example

Nous has gender equality at all levels across the business. We are an inclusive organisation, and welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Nous is also supportive of young parents and allows career / travel breaks. We have also recently set up a LGBTIQ at Nous group.

Nous is hugely committed to the concept of Diversity. In reality, they are not quite as good but the commitment is really, truly there and improvements are being made all the time. It is very openly discussed at Nous and there will always be appetite for improvement.

Majority women, almost even split in leadership - very good.

Diversity is embraced.

We have made significant improvements over the last 18 months in this area but we still have places to go. We have an LGBTIQ+ group starting up, and a mental health working committee.

We work with different employment providers to attract Aboriginal and disabled applicants.

We have partnerships with some organisations yet I feel we could do more here, especially with regard to socio-economic diversity.

We do a very poor job of this.
