Pay is always generally above the sector average. We don't get bonuses unless you have GHD shares.

It would definitely be nice to get more! However as a graduate, I am fine with my pay however I would hope I would be recognised for what I am doing and my pay increase accordingly.

Salaries can be on the low side but the company's culture makes up for it. If you stay long enough you can buy in and receive dividends, however don't expect this to happen until you're a senior.

The pay is good enough for now. As a graduate, it's probably similar to what others are getting paid, but the hope is that more experience and time with the company will be rewarded with a higher salary. There are no bonuses as far as I am aware.

Pay is average, there are other places which pay more. For graduates I've heard your pay is fixed for the first year, then it should go up by about 5-10k in the second year and after that its based on performance. Other offices may be different. No bonuses other than a $50 gift card at Christmas.

I know that pay is lower than several other similar companies, but the experience and opportunities are worth it. they are also very accommodating and flexible with time. no bonus, but yearly pay rise throughout grad program and first few years

No real perks. They do have social drinks every month but that's about it.

The best example is our team's rewards and recognitions program, where each month team members may be nominated for a movie voucher or other prize, for performing exceptionally in their work or outside of work. It rewards good behaviour, which is one of the key motivators for a lot of people to do well in their job. The worst perks are the pitiful discounts on memberships offered by ridiculously expensive gyms. Not many people would be able to afford these, even after the discount. The perks would be better used on more affordable options, such as fuel discounts at a certain chain, or better deals with superannuation providers.

All meals expenses etc covered while travelling for company. Company is engaged in professional societies, sometimes offered tickets to talks.
