What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay could be a bit better. It's not as competitive as other businesses in Canberra e.g. government departments, but the company makes up with it with interesting work and great people.
Graduate, Canberra
Pay is good especially with 6 monthly reviews throughout the 2 year graduate program.
Graduate, Sydney, Garden Island
As part of the Graduate program you are on a rewards based pay increase, which basically means if you are doing your job you are guaranteed a pay increase every 6 months. The salary is not as high as some other places but it is competitive enough.
Graduate, Adelaide
Pay package is competitive for graduates - it is generally a salaried position with no bonuses but a rather good salary.
Graduate, Adelaide
We get bi-annual salary reviews. This rate is much higher than what I would have expected to receive as a graduate.
Graduate, Adelaide
The pay is above industry average however could be more competitive to other prime integrators.

Pay is scaled from grades. Grades are designated on performance reviews each year. In my opinion, graduate pay increases quite quickly in the first two years.
Graduate, Sydney
Average pay, no bonuses. lack of information from HR on this issue, seems like a closed shop - VERY disappointing.
Midlevel
Slightly below average of the market, bonus in the form of shares escrowed for 3 years. Complicates tax return for rather little gain.
Graduate, Newcastle
Great. I was told that pay salary are reviewed every 6 months for the grad program.
Graduate, Williamstown
Pay is good for a grad program overall BUT was disappointed that we were not informed that the grad program pay is on a "sliding scale" meaning we get 80% of pay in first rotation, then 85% the next, etc. They drew me in with what felt like a false base. I am still making an ok amount but this raised alarm bells for me
Graduate, Canberra
Well planned, and the company is up-front about this, making the discussion quite natural.
Graduate, Adelaide
Great salary with yearly shares from the company. Graduate program offers a half yearly pay increase for two years.
Graduate, Sydney
Annual salary increases are based on performance, this increase could always be better. Bonuses are not available for junior levels.
Graduate, Adelaide
Really well structured and the salary reviews( bumps) are integrated into the graduate program so that way there opportunities are salary increments over the course of the program
Graduate, Sydney
It is decent for the experience I have and there is opportunity to increase it in the future.
Graduate, Adeliade
It's the industry average. Ramps from 69-80k including super over 2 years.

The pay is competitive, too soon to tell regarding bonuses.
