Under the auspices of a NSW Government funding scheme designed to establish an 'Industry Foundations Program' as part of our Innovation Precinct Graduate Institute, ANSTO will award a minimum of five scholarships for graduate students working on industry-focused translational research projects every year from 2020 to 2025. Graduates who receive an Industry Foundations Scholarship work under the guidance of some of Australia’s current leading scientists and researchers and are given access to ANSTO’s national and landmark infrastructure and industry partners. To join the community, students must simply apply for an Industry Foundations Scholarship.
Internships at ANSTO Internships at ANSTO offer the opportunity to meet some of Australia’s brightest minds and the chance to apply theory and practice, in your chosen field, to enhance the value of your remaining study.
Students bring fresh ideas and the latest in theory and practice to the workplace, challenge and sometimes improve processes and contribute in a meaningful way to the projects and activities.
Calls for expressions of interest will generally be managed by participating Universities and/or advertised on our vacancies page. In all cases, placements will complement study and must be supported by your University. Individuals are encouraged to discuss this directly with their University Careers Centre.
